I offer individual therapy for adults in person and online. My work is especially focused on supporting first responders and people in helping roles as they navigate stress, burnout, and the weight of showing up for others every day.
I offer sessions for couples both in person and online. Couples counseling can help you work through unhelpful patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, and build a deeper understanding of one another.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma informed approach that can target single incidents, complex trauma, or both. I provide a judgment free space to explore the challenges that are often hard to put into words.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide trainings and workshops for first responders and their families. Throughout my work, I've had the opportunity to provide department trainings, as well as lead and co-lead couples workshops. I am passionate about supporting helping professionals and those who stand beside them.
I regularly connect with local organizations to offer educational talks, answer questions about therapy, and help make mental health more approachable. My goal is to create spaces where open and honest conversations can happen- reducing stigma and making it easier for people to seek support.
